Default Homemade Limb Risers

Last time I went off roading, I went through some tight places where branches were going across my windshield and it tore off the Black plastic piece on the passenger side a pillar. So I went out and bough a few things to make some limb risers.
(8) 1/8" cable clamps
(2) small 1/4" shackles.
(2) 8.5' 1/8" steel cable with vinyl coating
(2) Turnbuckles with a hook on one side
(4) 1/8" Thimbles
And a can of plasti dip spray so it wasn't bright silver and had a rubber coating.

Some pictures, and it cost about 40 dollars for all the materials and took very little time.

First down load the pic into a web album service like picasaweb.com or photobucket.com

Then open the pic using the web album and right click copy the "image location"

paste that into the pop up window that comes up when you click on the little icon with the mountain in it...

TADA! try it first by google searching any image you want, right click copy "image location and try it"

I just did

Looks great, but ouch dude, drilling holes through your bumper.

Should have gotten 'P-Clamps' and run it that way in my opinion.
