Improving my Defender 130
My 97" defender 130 300tdi.
Start with the tires. Need to get rid of the marie biscuit tires. I am fitting 285/75/16's. To keep the cost down I bought 5 steel rims from Pon Steyn for a very good price. The catch was that they were pink (previously on a competition vehicle)
I reconditioned them in black.
Fitted them with 285/75/16's, now I can keep with my friends' 90 in the sand
Improved the off road ability immensely.
A couple more projects to come.
