So can you direct wire these with a good HD toggle or still need a relay?

i use relays and fuses for everything, bc fire is scary. my 42" is 260W, so its a touch over 20A@12V. could you wire it up to a good switch? sure. but i wouldn't.

My 42" bar showed today I tried it battery direct an wow that's insane bright
If I go by my ultragauge it only draws like .10 volts and that's awesome since these have such weak alternators

What's the best way to mount this to my safety devices rack? Came with flat feet

are the mounts on the light bar the ones all the way at the end or underneath? if they are at the end, unscrew the feet, weld two tabs on the rack instead using the feet and bolt it up. if underneath, weld regular ole light tabs on the rack.

ya, just weld mounts on the rack and mount the bar directly to those mounts. don't use the feet.

Why not use the feet? How am I supposed to lock the adjustment?

Also got 4 4" ones with single bolt mount, figured one each side 2 in back

Someones got to have a slick way to mount to the tubing without me grinding off bed liner and welding
