I think you bought the wrong vehicle if you want to do that to a Range Rover.

well i think air ride that you could go up or down and side to side would help with going over rocks and what not. I found air bags that would lift you up to 10" well i must not be in the right place!!!!!! owell thanks for all the helpfull info on all the other stuff latter

I have seen adjustable airbag suspension for offroading where the coil is replaced with a airbag. You would want to protect the air line very good or you could be sitting on your axles. What year and model are you working on? Never hurts to try something new. I am a machinist, and I am always modifiying something.

What year is your truck and why are you so set in trying to rebuild Rovers air suspension? What type of wheeling are you planning on doing?

Unless you are planning on changing out the bags and controls, you don't have many options.
I have seen a couple that have been lifted wuth spacers and kept their air system, thats about all I know of unless you go to an aftermarket air system.

ok first off, if your looking at suicidedoors.com ... your in the are where your going to lay frame with your rover... i had an 04 silverado show truck bagged and body dropped and those are the bags you use for that type of setup. you CAN use the bags on a lift- but it really isn't worth it- thats mostly for show.... but like stated b4 you would have 2 place spacers and such and it's really alot of work- puts alot of strain on your driveline angles and such. unless you want 2 dish out alot of cash- just 4get about it... from experinece with a show truck- i wouldn't recommend it if you dont have patience and money....
