I use the Torque Pro app with a cheap $50 Android Tablet. I find it extremely useful.

Have not used it with a Disco 2 but it's worked well with several vehicles so far.

I use it as well its connected to a old phone and displays on my stereo head unit in the dash. It's cheap and very effective. If you watch the dials of course, no alarm settings that I have noticed.

You can set alarms for each individual gauge that is displayed.

I use the Torque Pro app in my other cars to read/clear codes and get live data. I have an Ultragauge in my DII.

Torque Pro do not work on iPad tablet, i loaded free DashCommand and ordered 15$ WIFI obd adapter, good at clear DTCs, displaying live data (Timing,Coolant temp,MAP,Lambda,AFR,O2 Sensor,Intake temp, Ambient Temp, Catalyst temp, MAF, and Fuel Pressure etc)

I am using Torque Pro with a BAFX OBDii adapter and it seems to be working pretty good. Only thing that was noticed was the voltage reading may be off by a volt according to Auto Zones battery tester. Haven't taken it anywhere else to have it read to be sure.
