Radiator fan upgrade

Hello group. New here. Have a l322 m62. Question my fan seems to run constantly so was thinking I'd like to fit an electric one? Any idea on a kit or a DIY one.. any help please...

if you haven’t acted already… why not source the radiator assembly for hot climates? It contains 2 fans.
