That's just how Rovers are. Aftermarket companies usually build a jig based upon a truck they have on hand. Every aftermarket bumper or slider I've owned has required a certain amount of "finesse" to make UT fit.

Thanks, RH, I wasn't sure if it was from a wreck with the previous owner, Rover's being a bit slack or just a fluke...I guess you've put that to rest...I'll have to get some pics going...
The next hurtle is finding someone to weld 1/2 aluminum...

10/4 fish! I was thinking about offering to build a bumper for someone cheap...just to get a "second opinion" off their rig...
