"freedom fighters" were attacking the rail road. This was put together to patrol. The big center assembly descends and allows it to rotate 180 degrees, so it can turn around. Can't go as fast in reverse as in top gear.
Truly amazing what we accomplish in times of need. Without the help of the Gov't!!!!
