I think its powdercoated no?

Gasket remover works on powdercoat OR go to eastwood.com and order powdercoat remover.

Did you try Gasket remover?

Powdercoat is/can be plastic.

Stripped it down heating the coating

Necessary to wire wheel and hammer off the built up rust under that worthless coating. Painted with POR 15.

I completely stripped mine and sandblasted all of it in the sandblasting room.

Reprimered.

Repainted gloss black.
