Buy 2 new D1 wiper arms, apx. $16 a piece, then you can use whatever wipers you want including the new generation wipers that Bosch and others are making in a 21".

So is this probably what is causing my rear wiper on my 03 discovery to not touch most of the top on the rear window? Is my only option replacing the wiper arm, because of the washer sprayer being built in? On my 96 it sprays from the rear body pillar, so I'm guessing a disco I arm won't work for the back.

Same issue here. Misses a good amount of the top part of the rear window. I had assumed all this time, that the blade itself was the the cause, but hadn't considered the arm. Anyone else have this problem? Is the solution a new rear wiper arm?
