18D update and no voice

Does any one know how to confirm which version is installed? My settings shows the map version, but provides no information regarding the infotainment version. thanks.

There are 2 places in the infotainment where you can find software versions.
- the infotainment version shows under "Software Updates" under the All Settings menu
- the map version is under the feature menu for navigation

Just picked it back up. There were several issues but now all is good. Lucky for me another D5 just came in a day earlier withbexact same issue so they knew what to do. Also JLR hacked into my car and made surr it was all good.

Default OS updates...

Does updating the OS force a reset of all settings? Do phones need to be re-paired and nav profiles reset?

It did the first time they installed.

Default Same Issue

I also went in for 18D update as well as install of Apple Carplay. Can’t connect phone via Bluetooth. Works fine when plugged in but that is just not convenient. I guess we will have to go back for reinstall as well.

I'vs noticed that when they "reinstalled" they actually went from the 18D to 19A.

Ah, good to know. Want to take ours in sometime April for an oil change and then get things updated. Was hoping they may have a fix for the lag issue at that time.
