I have installed 19" 255/65/19 take-off L663 defender wheels on my D5. No fitment issues, even the spare fits. I did run the car at all stock suspension heights and no rubbing under any circumstances.
So that'll be a great tire size for the D5. I'm on the fence with goodyear tires (personal preferences) but they weren't too bad loud on the highway. Quieter than my BFG ATs.
