2017 HSE Diesel won’t go above 25 mph (limp mode)? No warning lights or messages. I scanned the vehicle with a Autel MK808 and the only code shown is “B1412-96 Quiescent relay box – Component internal fault”. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This has been a great vehicle, no problems till this happened last week.

 

By chance did you hit the LIM button on the car accidentally? Once pressed the car cannot go above that speed until pressed again.

 

any luck with this? I have one that is having a simalar issue it has great power til mid 30s or so then it tapers off and wont go over 40

 

Took it to the dealer and they reset something with their computer and haven't had a problem since. 93,000 on it now.
