All over the headliner almost to the sunroof. The first time I took it in they said they resealed the windshield. The second time I’m not sure what’s going to happen I was told it was not included in the recall.
I’m assuming it’s the windshield problem again. I hope it’s not something else has anyone heard of anything else out there other than the windshield being a problem?
I’m also a little worried about this water in the cabin causing any problems with any other components maybe electronics. I made the same mistake by leaving Audi No more LR. Not only you have problems after repairing the leak. I believe that a lawyer should take care of this matter. You can't do it yourself. They deceived you once, he does it a second time.

Then why is nobody fighting them? For money, warranty extension and free service? Why?
Do you all have too much money?

Why would they? If they fix the issue then under the eye of the law you are made whole again. If they refuse to repair under warranty, thats one things. Beyond that they legally have no requirement to do anything. Should they in good faith? Would be nice, Apple Computer certainly does extended warranty programs outside the original for wide-spread issues. But there is no requirement.

So what have YOU done exactly to "fight" this? Have you contacted any lawyers?

Of course the lawyer is dealing with the case. This is a simple matter. I don't know what law is in the US, but in Poland, selling a car (even a used one) with a hidden manufacturing defect is not allowed. As a consumer, you have the right to demand replacement of the car with a new one free of defects or reduction of its value. Unless you go to another settlement with the seller :
Simply.

That is why I am so surprised by the reaction of Discovery users in the USA. Even in Korea, the office for consumer protection took care of it ...

My 2017 hse si6 got the same problem. I told the dealer that it is a huge safety issue that they need to fix it right away. Otherwise, a leak may freeze and cause the windshield damage in any manner, which can be a serious SAFETY issue. The dealer took it right away and I drove a loaner until they replaced the windshield. It took about 4-5 days because they did not have the part.

They lowered the price of the car after this repair? Did they give you any money? Have they extended the warranty with free services. The company has known the problem since 2017. And does nothing. Waiting for someone to get hurt?

Can I suggest we don't stoke this one any further? A small number of users have issue of leaking windscreen. LR are aware of the issue and immediately on presenting with a leak the dealers are replacing the windscreen free of charge and fixing the issue. To me, that's matter resolved. Others seem to believe they are somehow going to be paid for that or get free servicing and are pursuing legal action

So be it. Opinions can differ and the OP can see how his legal actions go and report back over time.

To the moderators - we now have 4 threads on this issue - two on the actual issue and two that have been hijacked by it by a new member who is trying to use this forum as their soap box. I don't see any value or progress here and it feels like the commentary is starting to turn personal which isn't in keeping with the great group of contributors here. Can I politely suggest these threads are locked and we move onto other topics?

I second that suggestion. I had stopped replying to this thread.
If anyone, other than Novy, has a windshield issue, please post it to a new thread. There may be a lot of us that will no longer follow this one.
