275/55 Tire Pressure?
Those of you running 275/55/20 tires, what pressures are you running for normal everyday driving? Just had KO2s put on and trying to get close without doing a lot of testing if everyone is close to the same pressures.
I still run 44 front and 50 rear. I know a lot of owners run the lower range and say the ride is better but I don't feel that I need a better ride than I get with 44 and 50.
I don't have enough miles on my Yokohamas yet to see if they are wearing more in the center or edges but I do measure it each rotation and will use that measurement to make an adjustment to tire pressures if needed.

I thought the 44/50 the shop put in our Yokos was a bit much. Have a TON of those road seams around these parts. Ba-Bonk Ba-Bonk. 40/46 is better for us here anyway. Still hear them. Just don't feel them as much.
Hoping to resurrect this question.
I'm about to put on some KO2's in 275/55/20 on new rims. I typically run the lower (recommended) pressure, 34/37, for everyday driving, and up it to 44/50 if we go somewhere with a heavy load. This summer I'm towing a trailer up the east coast and wondering if 44/50 is enough on KO2's? Do you guys run the lower (recommended) pressure when your payload is lighter?
Also, did any of you have alignment done when you changed the wheels/tires? I currently run 22 inch (with Pirelli Verde All Season) so I'm reducing the the rims size but I think the diameter/circumference is roughly the same.

I have the OEM tires (255/55 R20), but have always wondered why such a high pressure is needed in the rear tires. I usually keep it at 44, as 50 sounds excessive and does impact ride. Any thoughts?
50 is for carrying 7 people or some other heavy load.
Way too high if lightly loaded and absolutely impacts ride quality. I set mine to 39 in the summer which is a touch on the high side but means they will still be above the recommended pressure on cold nights.
