Hi all,

Have a less than month old 2019 HSE, and am experiencing about every third or fourth starting of the car, the AC does not come on for about two minutes. Until then, I'm getting high heat coming from the vents until the AC mixes. Took to dealer who said they uploaded a software update, but after return still has the same problem. Is this a known issue and any suggestions as how to get fixed? I'm thinking it's a software or relay issue, but maybe a hardware problem.
