Default Is anyone do a aftermarket step board yet ?

Just call the dealer for the price , it comes out around 2700$ . I will definitely not interested on the price ! Wondering if anyone has done it by self ? Thanks

Yes, I just did this on my 2019 and it turned out pretty good. Cost was about $280 from eBay and took about two hours to install. Some good videos on YouTube are available that can give you some guidance on how to install. I did not remove the plastic that the Land Rover accessory installation guide notes, just cut with my multitool the holes needed for one of the bolts. Be sure and order the running board with the forged brackets, not the stamped metal steel ones and also the one with the smooth aluminum underside not the one with open plastic.

I have the factory running boards. The brackets are very thick forged steel. They look nothing like the Ebay pictures.
To jack my D5 the manual shows to jack it by the running board bracket. I've done this many times and nothing flexes at all.
