Seems like every two or three days I get prompted to re-log in to the system through the maps. I've even set it to save password to no avail.

Anyone else?

 

From the car screen? Occasionally.

From the app on my phone? All the time. Started with an app update a couple of months ago. Never had a problem before.

 

No problem with the car or app.

When I was using the phone as a hotspot for the car before I got a data sim the car would forget the WiFi password (unless I turned the hotspot function on the phone off and back on again before starting the car).

 

Same here. Tried unchecking then rechecking Save box but no help

 

This happens to me, thought it was whenever an OTA update occurred but seems to happen far too often. The remote app still works but the access to the website sync doesn’t without logging back in.

 

Happens to me, just as described: every few days I’m asked to sign in even though I have it set to remember me.

It happens in both our 2019 Discovery and 2020 Range Rover. I created a separate account for the Range Rover thinking Incontrol was logging me out because it was confused about being signed into multiple cars. But that didn’t work either. I’m getting signed out of both accounts.
