Most US models you can have the dealer add the Smartphone pack for Carplay and Android. Probably a good time to update the Infotainment system SW too.
Mixed reports, but I had to pay and other got the phone pack install for free.

Did anyone have luck updating a 2017 model to support CarPlay? I just received the S20 update through OTA and at one point I did get an email from LandRover saying that I could get CarPlay but when I called customer support they were not helping and said it wasn't supported on 2017.

Does anyone know if the D5 2017 can be upgraded to support Apple CarPlay? I just updated to the 20 firmware update from OTA. I did receive an email in the past about adding CarPlay support but when I called customer care they mentioned 2018 and up.
