Best Roof Cross Bars for Disco 5?
What is the best looking (sleekest) crossbars for the disco 5? Should I buy the land rover ones or another brand (aka- thule?).
This will be used to mount a surfboard. If anyone has suggestions on the best surfboard mount too, please let me know!!

I got the LR ones, once you set them up they go on and off pretty quickly and easily. I like that they clip into the roof rail holes.
They are different for the front and back, also go on in one direction front to back. The small stickers mark them clearly, but I wrote on them with a sharpie. Use them for out Thule ski racks.
They are not the widest crossbars though, so things tend to sit more center on the rack. For a large board you may want to look at wider flat crossbars to make loading and unloading easier.

I love the LR set. Not crazy expensive compared to thule and yakima, and like Andries said, they are SO easy to put on and take off. I have thules on my other car and I never take them off because they are such a PIA. The LR set I can have on or off in 5 mins.
Another vote for LR crossbars for the ease of installation. I have drilled additional holes further apart so I can have better support for my 12' board. To crossbars I mount Yakima SUP rack and generic kayak rack, no issues.
