Bluetooth wireless trailer brake controller? Meet the Curt Echo
I know there are some threads out there on towing, but I figured this concept of a wireless brake controller is a game-changer and it might be handy and useful for others to be able to find this topic in a search. No more cutting and splicing wires under your dash, or drilling holes into it to mount a bracket for your controller. It should work like a charm with Disco V's 7 pin trailer package.

I have a 2006 LR3 and I'm going to install the trailer wiring from Atlantic British...Item/Catalog number YWJ500220ABP. Wondering if this product will work with this setup.
Curt indicates requirements for this product. The 7-way connector needs to have a hot wire going through a 30amp self-resetting circuit breaker. Does anyone know if the power supply through our trailer wiring in our LR3s have the hot wire and the 30amp self-resetting circuit breaker? My guess is the answer is no, but it does go through the fuse panel and if it goes out, then we would have the change the fuse. But that's just my guess.
Any others out there with experience with the Curt Echo brake controller?

it will work. I have the Curt Echo and use it on my 2015 LR4 with the Atlantic British trailer wire harness. Works wonderfully
