Default Can you identify the purpose of this tool?

I bought my Discover 5 as a CPO and these three tools were in the glovebox.
The first is a torx wrench and has a plastic indicator that indicates 9NM torque when tightening it.
The other two are Allen wrenches of the same size, but the bigger one has two long arms for a reason.
I suspect one of these might be to operate the sunroof if the motor fails, but instructions aren't in the owner's manual.
Could one of these be for the e-brake release? On an LR3 that's under the e-brake switch. Not sure about the D5, again, not in the manual.

If nobody got these tools maybe they don't belong in my glovebox. Since it was CPO I wasn't sure.
Thanks

It did come with Land Rover cross bars and Land Rover ski rack, but the ski rack had it's own Allen wrench and the cross bars don't need a tool.

The first tool is a sort of torque wrench for the OEM cross bars.

Correct thank you. Just found a picture of it in a cross bar installation guide online.
