Interested to know if anyone's utilized an RV style bumper hitch on the D5 to connect a flat cargo carrier.

Something like this:

Would need to offset a bit to clear the towing lug...

I'm looking for a simple solution that doesn't require the removal of the steel bumper. Might just go with the stealth hitch though don't want to lose the ability to carry a full-size spare.
