Default Dash squeaking/rattling

Anyone have a problem with dash components sqeaking or rattling? How did you adress it?

Comes from a few places, center vents, infotainment bezel, wood inlay above upper glove box.

Mine comes from above the center vents as well. Some days and road surfaces better than others. Needs some sort of shim or rubber insulation between the top of the vents and the bottom of the dash piece directly above. Let me know if you solve it.

Ive heard of techs using talc powder to lubricate dash components, could be a tough clean up on black interior.

My center dash used to rattle a bit, and it would stop if I put a slight pressure just above the vents. I pushed down harder and heard a small click. I haven't heard the rattling since.

Tried this. No click. Still rattling. I've wedged velcro in there which only marginally helped. Need a permanent fix and would like to avoid a dealer visit if possible. Anyone have any other ideas?

Dropped the disco off this morning for the rattle, wheel balancing/refinish, and acceleration lag from a rolling stop. 🤞🏽
