Default Data SIM Card Question

Does anybody know how much data is used with the SIM card in the console slot?
I'm on the included AT&T plan that came with the D5 but wonder how much data I need when this SIM expires so can look for options.
Is there a way to find out how much my SIM has used so far?
I only use it for updates, maybe a little navigation, and whatever it uses when I'm not asking it anything.
I'm not real good at this stuff.
Thanks

Would you not sign into:
AT&T My Vehicle Landy

and check Billing \ Usage? We looked into it but went with our existing carrier. From memory AT&T were offering $20 / LTE upto 22GB or $10 to piggy back an existing account. Our carrier charged $10 to piggyback then threw in some additional free data. Mind you with COVID we're not driving anywhere nor using data anyways....

Good luck!

Thanks, I tried that but needed to set up an account, it thought I was trying to create a hotspot.
Couldn't set up the account because I don't know the mobile number. I wonder if that's in my settings somewhere.

Default ATT Connected Vehicle Data Plan

Just renewed att vehicle data plan. Unlimited data for 1-year prepaid was $200. I debated dropping the service because I use Apple CarPlay for Nav, Music, Sports and Siri. The last update even added calendar appointments to display.

I ended up deciding to keep the service because I don’t want to loss access to the LR Remote App for vehicle status, maintenance, journeys, remote locking and starting.

You don’t need a data SIM card to use LR Remote app. You can still get all the data without the SIM card.

Correct. We never paid for sim after the 3 month trial that came with the car. So we can't use the car as a WiFi hotspot for other devices. But the in control app, remote access, nav traffic etc all work fine on the other 'car sim' that's built in

It's not clearly communicated anywhere. But it doesn't seem to be needed.
