And here's a great video on how to do it. Looks simple and only took 28 minutes. Not my video. Butine went bad and I just ordered the part. Going to tackle this when it arrives.

 

Good stuff. I did my driver’s side in 2022 (broken cable) and passenger’s side in 2024 (motor).

Got replacements on Amazon for around $100 each. They’re not OEM but the JLR version only lasted 3-5 years. I’ll take my chances…

 

I went with OE LR because I want both front windows to roll up and down at the same speed. Before my passenger side busted, it was slower than the driver's side and that drove me nuts, especially when using global open/close.
