Default Front Lower Timing Cover

My 2018 Discovery with the 3.0L V6 engine has started to seep oil from the front lower timing cover. Indy shop quoted for a full timing chain replacement "while you are in there" job. Does the entire front of the engine need to be disassembled to get to the lower timing cover?

I'm afraid so. I paid my Undy shop $1000 for my timing belt change at 13K. Well worth the money imo.
