I found another pair of LED headlights on eBay and sent them to the seller of the adapter plus my current headlights and they say it will work, so I'm gonna go for it. The headlights in the listing are definitely not the factory halogens I have, but they were quick to respond and after some back and forth they feel confident this will work. Fingers crossed!

It works! Tested all functions and we appear to be working 100%. Now for the fun of removing the bumper and swapping them out.

Got everything installed, and the DRL were orange when in gear. Had to change the "DRL type" with the GAP tool to "dedicated DRL" and now it functions as it should from the factory. The adapter harness requires an extra power wire, so I tapped a fuse in the engine compartment fuse box, easy enough. Visibility drastically improved! Aesthetics aside, the halogen lights suck, can't see anything!

very nice! I went the almost plug and play route. Could you share how you wired the fuse box?

I got the matrix leds from rd customs, which come with the harness but require me to run a wire for the DRLs. Happy to share the results.

Default Also current additions

Installed the bumper blades, stainless skid plate, going to the shop next week to install upper and lower pulley plus tune. Got rear stainless steel plate, dynamic grill, passport pocket, and aluminum shifters coming in. All OEM+

Are those the *actual* matrix headlights that can block out sections of the high-beam for oncoming traffic without turning off the high-beam altogether? What are the part numbers on the labels?

I will check when I get back, currently traveling. I know that the lights have Land Rover / Jaguar branding, and the body is by Valeo. When I spoke with them they told me they use Land Rover parts.

You can ping them at rdcustom.it they are based in Italy.
