I never did figure out how to make it back itself up nor how to use the **** to do so and I’m almost positive my HSE has it since it has every other option.

 

Is that the trailer backup assist feature?

 

I think you can use it without a trailer just to back it up using the ****

are you talking about where it can back into a parking spot, or parallel park?

 

The center console where you can pull it up like in the videos and backup with it. My model has every feature but no clue how to use it

 

I’m pretty sure you have to have a trailer hooked up and special reflectors attaches to the trailer for the camera to see.
The feature is to help you steer the trailer in a more intuitive way which is not apparent to those not used to them.
