Default 2018 SCV6 Restricted Mode - Code Analysis help

2018 HSE Si6 with ~110,000 miles.

Vehicle history: Long block was replaced under extended warranty after #6 cylinder was positive for a blown head gasket at about 99,000 miles (phew!) Cause for the head gasket failure not know.

Event History: Vehicle went into Restricted Mode right before a 10hr Thanksgiving road trip where luckily we could limp back home and switch to another car. I don’t have info on what parts survived the swap and which ones didn’t, although i can check w the dealer.

Codes Pulled: I don't have a super sophisticated reader but used a Carly to pull the following:

P0089 - Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor (aka Fuel Pressure Regulator Performance)
P061F - Internal Control Module Throttle Actuator Controller Performance
P2111 - Throttle Actuator Control System - Stuck Open
P2119 - Electronic Throttle Position Controller - Throttle Flap Malfunction

So, it seems like the Throttle Actuator Controller system is shot. Which probably means a new Throttle Body.

Is there any correlation to the P0089 code? Could that have been tripped with the vehicle is Restricted Mode?

Any help would be appreciated

For those that might have these codes pop-up, an update:

Two parts failed: the Air Intake Resonator (LR044457) and the Throttle Body (LR035563)

What happened was a metal band from within the Air Intake Resonator (also termed the Air Inlet Duct) came loose/broke free and wedged the Throttle Body plate open, rendering the Throttle Body motor kaput.

For those with engines around this age, I would consider proactively replacing the Resonator/Inlet before it does the same. I had found a video on YouTube detailing this exact failure mechanism:
