Default L462 LED Headlights to high

Hi, I have recently bought a 2019 3.0 HSE and the head light are set too high but are supposedly self adjusting.
I have the following codes for the lights;
B146B-24, Left Front Side Marker Lamp - Signal stuck high
B146C-24, Right Front Side Marker Lamp - Signal stuck high
Reading the repair manual there is a front and back self levelling sensor fitted to the right side of the axles and there is also adjustments on the head light assemblies also. I can see the levelling sensors on the back axle for the suspension but cant see any for the lights.
Has anyone had a similar problem and codes?

Hi, I have the same DTCs but can't see any issues with the head lights leveling - did you notice any problems with your headlights?
And: Have solved the issue and how?

I haven't been able to get this fixed, i think it could be a headlight leveling sensor on the rear axle or the control box.
I purchased the software and Diop cable for connecting to the car for diagnostics but having trouble getting that connected.
did you get to the bottom of your codes?

Late to the party here, but have you looked at the center cluster display to set the headlights to "drive on right" or "drive on left" to see if anything changes?
