Default Latest update to PIVI Pro

Land Rover pushed out another update this morning. After installing I have:
no emergency braking
no traffic sign recognition
no collision avoidance
no driver monitor
no adaptive cruise control
no cruise control
no lane keep assist
no speed limiter
basically, no safety or driver assist features. I have an average, any old car.
Wondering if anyone else is having the same problems after this latest update?

That sounds more like a battery issue - low voltage or poor grounding connection somewhere

What's the voltage across the battery terminals when the engine is off?

not the battery. Problems all began this morning after the update. Prior to the update all systems were operating as they should. I should note that the description of the update says it’s to improve all the systems that no longer work. Tried rebooting the system. No success.

I've not seen posts of an update issue. And if it impacted that many systems would have thought lots of posts about it. But if it is the software issue then you prob need a trip to the dealer if you've tried the basics like searching for a new update or battery out and reset etc

Just don't discount battery which could be low (after an update running in the background). That has been the source of many an issue

just happened yesterday. There are some Defender owners having the same problems after upgrading to 2.1.10e. Jaguar owners too. I’m going to hang on for a couple of days to see if another update is pushed out, then I’ll call my dealer.

Dropped off the Discovery at the dealership this morning. They were aware of the problem. Turns out the update never completed, even though the software update screen said it was up to date. So they reinstalled it and everything is working as it should. Of course, after this, I’m going to be a little wary about updates. Mainly because I’ve gotten so attached to this car that I don’t want to be without it, even for a day!

Glad everything worked out! No issues for me with the update.
