Six month ago, I bought my "certified" 2020 Discovery Landmarkfrom the LR dealership. The car is running fine with no issues, oil was changed by dealership just before I bought the car. So far I've driven it for 5k miles however I'm already getting the "Service Due Soon" message on the LR Remote App (see screenshot below). I'm not sure my car needs to be services soon...
1. Should I ignore this message?
2. How can I reset the app to make message go away?
It's one year or 16,000 miles. So most likely it was last reset at service nearly a year ago. They may have changed the oil but perhaps didn't reset service notice. Check with the dealer when it was last serviced to make sure but it should be as of when you bought it if they did CPO and oil change. So you might just need to manually reset the service interval in the car. And remember that you are 5000 miles or X months into the service interval.
