Sidewall height of 65 is actually the ratio of sidewall to treadwidth.
So the diameter of a 235-55R19 tire is 235mm times 0.55 ratio times 2, plus 19 inches = 129.25 mm x 2 = 259mm = 10.17 inches + 19 = 29.17 inches.
Likewise for a 235-65R19 tire = 235mm times 0.65 ratio times 2, plus 19 inches = 152.75 mm x 2 = 305.5mm = 12.03 inches + 19 = 31.03 inches.

You've lost about an inch of ride height and your odometer and speedometer is now off by about 6 percent.
