New Range Rover EV
Not that I know of but if they can’t figure out how to keep a D5 windshield from leaking why would we think the same company could keep an electric Range Rover dry in deep water?
Same with mine. One fix about 4 years ago and fine since then
It was a bonding issue with the glue in the factory. Volvo had the same issue on one of their models. If it leaks again then the auto glass place didn't do its job properly...

Probably, the test method is to put soapy water on te outside perimeter of you windshield and blow air from the inside directed at the glass. Look for bubbles.
I suppose there might be a better way but I heard of this method years ago. Might be able to use the HVAC blower on full with all windows closed.

I purchased my Td6 from Carmax and very luckily had a rainstorm within a couple of weeks, I noticed water on the dash and the footwell, passenger side. I took the vehicle back under their 90-day warranty and they did a similar test and honored the warranty. The LR dealer was right across the street and they had them do it. Invoice was $2300. I didn't pay a penny and it's been good since, including the California winter of 2022/23 which was very wet.
