Default Lug nuts

A few of the lug nuts on my 2018 discovery are now suffering from the cover cap swelling (presumably rusting inside). So they are getting hard to get the socket on

Anyone done a replacement? And with OEM, aftermarket or a different type (eg why do they use capped rather than solid lug nuts)?
Any recommendations welcome. And part number as they seem to have changed or superseded quite a few times...
