Unhappy Oil blown all over

Hello guys,

Today the car started smoking under the bonet after i made 50 miles with it. I stoped the car, engine was working ok. I open the bonet and i've seen that on everything was oil blown away and major leak everywhere. I made some photos and posted here. Can you help me what the problem is ? I just changed the oil last week, but never drove so far with the car until now.

Please help me with some advice. Thank you!
The car is:

Sounds like the service center is on the hook for figuring out what happened. Was the oil overfilled/underfilled... was the correct oil used... was the correct filter used... did the oil filter o-ring fall out of place... Lots of possibilities.

Good guess is an improperly installed oil filter. But, at others said, bring it back to have the place fix what they did. First, check your oil level. If you still have a good amount (3/4 full) and the shop is close, you probably could drive it there. But best to have them pick it up or get it towed it there.

Hi. It could be the oil cooler. The Discovery 5 oil cooler or associated lines could be leaking. If these components are damaged, oil could spray around the engine bay, especially at high speeds.

I've had some oil spray when my TD6 intake hose/flange to intake cracked which made it loose. Not quite that much spray over a short distance. Jealous of your dipstick.
