I've got a D5 HSE TD6.

The seats are heated and perforated and it has the dash controls for heating AND cooling. But it didn't come with the "cooling" option.

I'm wondering how hard it would be to retro-fit the fans in the front seats.

Anyone have any thoughts?

 

I so wish I would have opted for the cool seats. Heated in the south just only needed about a month. Cool seats needed 95% of the time. If I could install these after the fact it would be great!

 

It would be less expensive to trade in for a car that has that option. You'd have to swap out front and middle row seats and the infotainment module. For us in the Southwest it's a must.
