Default Powered third row seat won't unfold

I have a Discovery 5 (2021 model) with powered folding seats.

One of the third row seats tries to unfold, the back flaps back and forth a few times at the raised position and then it gives up and returns to the folded position.

I have checked and I cannot see anything that might be stopping it unfold fully. The other third row seat unfolds fine.

This is the first time I have tried to unfold these third row seats since buying the vehicle 18 months ago

I had the same issue. In the shop multiple times. It was a sensor issue. Only happened intermittently, which is hard to solve. Mine was 2021 as well.
