Note: See my next post for important followup as I answered my own questions!
Just received your light tabs but they came with no instructions. Have sort of figured it out, but although the 2 upper bosses do match up with available mounting points (A) the long screw supplied seems to be too long so using a shorter one. Feels like I’m going to go too far. (B) why no lock washers? Will add some (C). Most curious is that the upper mounting bosses appear to be reversed, in terms of standoff distance. There is a gap I’ll have to fill with washers on the upper one, and the lower one seems to be a bit too long. (D). It looks like the intent is to sandwich the flimsy plastic vertical piece behind the bumper between the steel plates, but do you have to pull the entire bumper off to make that happen? I’ve separated that piece from the bumper and will try to slide it behind, but (E) how do you drill holes in that piece with no clearance? Even my small right angle drill doesn’t fit. May try a soldering iron to melt holes, but need a right angle version.
Perhaps the diesel with the radiator flow control flaps makes things different? If that wasn’t there it looks like it would fit better. Don’t know if the gas models have that also tho.
I must say, it sure is a robust piece. Way stronger than any of the plastic it is attaching to!

Proud Rhino light bracket install notes
Ok they are all installed. Took 4 hours without instructions but should take 30 minutes now that I’ve figured it out. Grin. Couldn’t find any instructions on the web site and none in the box so posting these with some installation images, tips, and additional items I used that weren't included.
Well made product but have some suggested product improvements for the Lucky8 team in the PDF as well!

Love the Luckey 8 D5! I'm looking to purchase a 2017-19 D5 in Feb/March and do a Cali to Colorado road trip. Should be a fantastic vehicle I'm super excited. Just trying to build some parts list, is that the Front runner roof rack and FR light bar? I'm looking for that set up as it would all fit together nicely.

Note. At the time of this posting, clicking the pdf link below results in a “website can’t be reached” message. Assuming that is because the forum leaders review uploads so hopefully it will be available soon.
