I just used it. Made refilling A TON easier. Its got a little straw that does down into the DEF tank to let the air out as your refill. Significant reduction in spilling everywhere. Before using the funnel, watch the youtube video below. Basically, there is a little valve in there and it took me about 5 minutes to realize that.


So either this funnel or the cut VW bottle funnel. Whichever. I do like that the VW bottles also fit.

So... new issue!

I have topped up my DEF a 2nd time. This time, the 'refill 1.1 US gallon' message persists even though I put a full gallon of DEF in there. Has this happened to anyone else before? Not too worried because I know it isn't low... but weird that the app isn't updating.

When that happen to me, I had to replace the def tank.

yikes

how did that come to be? Did the sensors stay at the same level or did it think the tank was empty?

sensor went bad, integrated in the tank of course.
