I lose my Satellite images occassionally. Presumably when I lose 4/5G connectivity. The sat nav continues to work but with a grey or out of focus green screen. The only way to get the satellite images back on screen is to switch off the vehicle, lock up and go away for 15/20 minutes which is not ideal on long journeys. The images do not come back of their own accord when 4/5G connectivity returns.
Anyone else experience this and has any ideas for a sulution. My garage, (L R main dealer) cannot find a fault!!!

 

That similar to the main issue I have with my 2018 infotainment system. I don't use the satellite maps, but if the mobile radio in truck loses connectivity while driving, the hotspot loses connectivity as well. The only way to recover it is to go into the settings and disable/re-enable the hotspot. I don't think the dealer will be able to fix this without a firmware update from JLR.
