Default Screens all go black after starting engine

I'm having an issue where every time I start the car the TFT instrument screen and the center stack infotainment screen both go completely black and then come back on after a bit.
The screens come on / boot up as normal upon starting the car, but go black exactly 60 seconds later.
I've timed it and it dead on every time.
After 60 seconds, they go black and then start to slowly come back on (takes ~ 15-20 seconds or so...almost as if they're booting back up).
From this point, everything is good...the screens will stay up / active for as long as I'm driving the car...unless the engine shuts off.
If I leave auto start/stop engaged and the engine kicks off at a stop light, the screens will go black and repeat the whole process described above.
If I turn auto start/stop off, I'm good to go for the entirety of the drive.
It seems there's a correlation to engine starts.
I'm hoping the 60 second interval provides a clue.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Couple of suggestions. Check battery charge and also that the alternator is working properly (measure voltage with engine running). Sounds like temporary low power causing it to reboot.
If that's ok then it's either a software update or a loose cable in the back of the head unit - they will have to diagnose
Possible the screen itself is failing but that's not very common. Usually software

OK…so a 5 month update.
The car has been exhibiting this behavior every day since my post in March.
Same characteristics every time…same time interval, same auto start/stop workaround, etc.
Fast forward…I had a broken windshield replaced today.
The technician replaced the windshield and then drove the car for a 2 mile recalibration drive.
Handed me the key…job complete.
The black screen glitch appears to have gone away.
I’ve performed an engine start / drive / engine stop / lock car and walk away cycle a dozen times
throughout the day today and everything is behaving normally with no black screens or reboots.
This can’t be coincidental…but I cannot imagine what correlation there’d be between the window
replacement and the “fix” of the electronics?
Any thoughts?

Did you have the windshield done at the dealer? it's possible they updated something or performed some kind of recall. I seem to remember there being a bad ground that needed attention somewhere? /shrug.

At any rate, I'm happy for you that it's working again.

Nope...Safelite came out and did the replacement on site.
I'm happy it's working normally again too.
I know better though...I fear that this sugar high will wear off soon and the system will revert back to glitching screens.
Regarding bad ground / recall - does anyone have any details on this?
It would be great to have it looked at during my next service visit.

Well that was short lived...screens are back to acting up again...same exact characteristics as before.
I wonder what allowed the system to work properly for ~ 24 hours?
Any engineers out there?

Just guessing here. Any chance it's still trying to access the cellular signal via that out of date sim card or analog SD card in the slot?
Try removing that card and see what happens.

Thanks for the suggestion...I hadn't thought of that.
I just tried it and got the same black screen / reboot with the SIM removed.
I think the answer lies in how precisely repeatable the process is.
If it were a loose wire or something it would be intermittent.
The fact that it reboots exactly 60 seconds from an engine start (either initial start or auto stop / start) has to be of some significance.

Here's another test that might provide a clue: Start vehicle. Wait 60 seconds for it to black out. Shift into reverse. Does the camera pop up on the screen?
I have found that even if the system is booting up, shifting to reverse brings up the camera right away (though sometimes the image displayed varies).
