Screens all go black after starting engine

I have found that even if the system is booting up, shifting to reverse brings up the camera right away (though sometimes the image displayed varies).

Tried this and still had the screens go black (including the camera) and re-boot.
I even tried starting the car, shifting into reverse to get the camera screen, and holding it in reverse through the 60 second mark and the screen went black and re-booted.
The center stack infotainment screen goes black and the 2 "screens" on the left & right of the instrument display go black, while the center "screen" of the instrument display stays on.
I'm currently in "1 dial" display mode where the center "screen" is speedo, left "screen" is media, and right "screen" is nav.

So, here's an observation that I'm hoping gives a clue as to what's going on.
When I had the windshield replaced, it was a pretty hot day...90's and sunny.
That day, the car worked normally (no screen shut down / re-boots).
2 days later when the weather cooled off (70's & 80's), the issue returned.
The issue has been present since then (8/21/24) until 2 days ago.
Monday and yesterday temps were in the mid 90's again and the issue was gone...car worked normally all day both days.
Today we're back into the 70's and screens are blacking out / re-booting again.
Thoughts?
