Software Update May 2021

I am not 100% certain... I do know in October/November, 2020 a fairly large update (S20C_20.43.1-618886) came out and my dealer had to flash a specific update to allow that update to take. Since that one, I have received 2 more automatically over the Software Over The Air (SOTA) function. Your current version may not allow the SOTA.
You may want to call another JLR dealer and ask them.

Yes. S19A is old - they will need to update it. Then it should do it by itself as needed
For the second keyfob make sure the dealer both codes it to the vehicle and also gets you the metal emergency keyblade inside the fob that lets you get into your car if the battery is flat. Without that, if the car battery dies when it's locked, you are stuck....

well this is new for me, OTA updates usually just work. but one from Feb (which oddly I thought was already installed) S20C1_20.48.3-635557, is stuck on the installing step and refuses to complete. I've tried both locking and unlocking the doors overnight, usually the former fixes this.
anyone know of a way to help it along or restart the process?
Edit: there is some very useful info here at I-Paceforum.com about the update process from someone at JLR. Could be what's going on with me is the battery isn't fully charged (i.e. "COVID battery" ).
