Stage 2 delete for the D5 TD6
#4
i sent an email to plug and play in New Zealand. No word yet. I’ll hit up these two and see what they say
how has yours been overall? From my searching in this forum, it seems like the D5 has been quite reliable minus the windshield recall?

i know on the BMW or VAG side at least, where carbon buildup was an issue for non-deleted vehicles, anyone selling an already tuned or deleted one on the forums had absolutely no problems. I would only search for deleted cars

I know it's a late response but I'm trying to do this as well and the VelocityAP site doesn't mention if they delete the DEF or not now. I've emailed the celtic to see what they say.

My understanding is that a software patch is needed once the "internals" are cleaned out to trick the ECU into thinking it's still there and functioning.
Heck, I'd be happy for any instructions to remove the DPF so that I can clean/flush it out.
