Has anyone done it?
I have had p2002 code which from what i know indicated cracked dpf. Pipes got black at 65K miles, now at 85k, starting to get EGR code p049b and my intake is full of soot, and the flap is sticking.

I have no problem with black pipes and cracked PDF(vs clogged DPF), but that seems to be now pushing the problem to EGR and my intake. Or, is this somewhat normal with diesels: .

Does anyone have any feedback of blocking their ERG? is there any vendors for this- blocking plates etc. Seems there are in UK, but i cant easily find in the US.
