Default Td6 engine pic please. What’s missing?

Went to fill my washer fluid and noticed this. Isn’t there supposed to be a cap on this tube? Anyone know what it’s for?
For reference this is the on the passenger side of the engine.

That tube is supposed to have a cap on it. It's the siphon for the engine oil you would use something like a mityvac to siphon up the oil instead of going under the car to do it.

Thanks
I found it in a parts diagram. It’s part # LR013740

I'm OCD about oil changes. I don't use the siphon method. Raising it to off-road height gives enough room to drop the skid plate and remove the drain plug. I let it set overnight to get the last possible drop of dirty black oil drained out. If anyone's interested, https://goldplug.com/ makes excellent neodymium magnet oil drain plugs. Part No. MP-02T fits the Td6.

I am hesitant to get underneath when in off-road height. I expect that the computer could wake up and decide to lower the suspension.
I'd be okay if I placed a couple jackstands beneath to catch it if it lowers.

That would suck! The key is nowhere near the vehicle and I don't need to get completely underneath it. With a ratchet and socket, I can reach all of the ski plate bolts and the oil drain plug from under the front end.
