If I want to “upgrade” the shaft, how hard is it? Worth it to do it before a catastrophic failure? Just for the peace of mind?

any other “special” maintenance needed at 91k?

Do you have any history on front and rear diffs? and or transfer case and transmission?

If no, I would do all 4.
.
