Tire Recommendations?

I know this topic has been covered but I wanted to get some current opinions.
I live in Chicago and have a 2018 Disco HSE Si6 with 40,000 miles on the clock.
I’m currently running the original Goodyear Eagle F1’s that the car was fitted with from the factory (20” wheels).
The tires are fine for dry pavement but completely useless (borderline dangerous) in snow.
I’m looking for recommendations for replacement tires.
Looking for something that will have good grip in rain, snow, and ice.
Looking for something that has some off road capability (light off road...getting to hunting blinds through corn fields, etc.).
Looking for something that has decent treadlife.
Looking for something with a reasonably quite & comfortable ride.
Looking for something that will still look good on the car (car is still all stock...no lifts, etc.).
Thanks in advance for any recommendations, first hand reviews, etc. and especially any pictures you can post showing the tires on a Discovery.

I found the Goodyear eagle to be terrible in ice or snow. And they wore badly
So I got winter tires (Nokian Hakka R3) which are outstanding. And I've now replaced the Goodyear with Pirelli scorpion verde all season Plus II. Which are terrific. Used to run them on LR4 too
Don't really need the snow tires with those (am in Boston) but still swap over as we drive a lot in winter. Got a set of takeoff wheels from a new disco on eBay a couple of years ago so it's an easy swap each season

If we keep ours, I will absolutely buy another set of Yokohama Geolander G015s [if I can still get 'em?].
Thinking about getting a set for my Tacoma.
Tire wear was my only outstanding question and they have worn great. Still a quiet comfortable ride at 35K miles with plenty of tread left for this winter.
Great highway manners for an ATR. Plenty stout enough for the offroading we have done along with just daily life out here in the sticks where we live.
